Sometimes I wish I could sleep for a long time, tranquilly sedated from pain, from intrusive thoughts, healing my wounds. And when I’m ready I’ll awake like a caterpillar in a cocoon, emerging as a beautiful butterfly.
I was in a place where nobody knew my heart even a little bit.
